Full day workshop open to everyone. Body Rolling is an essential part of self-care and is sometimes referred to as MyoFascial Release (MFR) Exercises.
Learn to analyze postural and mobility patterns, assess Orthopedic-related conditions in the body via hands-on and visual body assessment. For each of five body areas, we learn to practice Body Assessment, Treatment and Rebalancing (ATR).
Body Healing Practice
Healing deeper neuropathic conditions, tying them into Eastern Structural Energy Lines. Requires completion of Body Assessment and Structural Energy Lines 2.
Structural Energy Lines 1
Learn the body’s Structural Energy Lines, based on anatomical locations. Proper movement and thumbing techniques taught on a mat for moving the structural energy in the body.
Structural Energy Lines 2
Deeper level of correcting and moving the Structural Energy in the body. More focus on accuracy and deeper techniques in releasing fascia to benefit Orthopedic-related conditions.
Structural Energy Lines 3
Training focuses on nerve and joint connections to energy lines to help resolve Orthopedic-related conditions.
