Therapeutic Body Rolling
Full day workshop open to everyone. Body Rolling is an essential part of body self-care and maintenance and is sometimes referred to as MyoFascial Release (MFR) Exercises.
Learn to analyze postural patterns and Orthopedic-related conditions in the body via hands-on and visual body assessment. For each body area, we learn to practice Body Assessment, Treatment and Rebalancing (ATR).
Body Healing Practice
For practitioners who want to help heal typical Orthopedic-related conditions in the body. Requires completion of Body Assessment.
Structural Energy Lines
Learn the healing benefit of the body’s Structural Energy Lines, based on ancient Khmer tradition. We focus on anatomy, energy locations, proper thumbing techniques for moving energy along the entire body.
Structural Energy Lines Level 2
Learn and practice correcting and moving the Structural Energy in the body. This level focuses on more accuracy and deeper techniques in releasing fascia to help benefit Orthopedic-related conditions. Requires completion of Structural Energy Lines.
Structural Energy Lines Level 3
Training focuses on nerve and joint connections to energy lines to help resolve Orthopedic-related conditions. Requires completion of Structural Energy Lines Level 2 and Body Assessment.
