Mobility and Stretching: Feet and Lower Legs

Mobility and Stretching are important for lengthening the resting state of the muscles in the Feet, Shins and Calves. Muscle viscosity and limited mobility are  the biggest issues encouraging foot/ankle conditions like Pronation and Supination.

Non-linear ankle tracking not only affects the Feet and Lower Legs, but it also affecting many of the joints above due to the amount of bodyweight on this area.

Exercises in this category are intended to help bring back full and correct Ankle Mobility with Flexion, Extension, Inversion and Eversion.
